myself my name is Harry Treklis and I own and
operate a casual dining restaurant in one of Australia's most
popular tourist destinations, Cairns.
SIX YEARS IN
That's right six year in and I
have experienced many ups and down. One thing that I have
realized is that there is one major thing that always eases
the pressure of running my business and that is
having a full restaurant. When I'm
busy in the restaurant and I know I'm going to be busy, I
can put on the appropriate amount of staff, I don't have to
worry about the bills.
The obvious answer would be to
fill the restaurant every
night.
What would
happen if you had more bookings than you could handle, sounds
to good to be try. Right?
Well, I could go on for ages about all the benefits of having a
full restaurant, from improving the service to having more
money in the bank and I could break that down even further but
for this exercise I think I've made my
point.
With out going
into the nitty gritty of this restaurant marketing
system I would like to say that I have
been used it in my restaurant with results that
would amaze you. Now I'm currently developing it into
a software that puts virtually everthing on auto
pilot. I will be releasing it to a limited number of
restaurant around the world.

mean by limited is that I will only allow a certain
